Everything we do centers around creating great food and a welcoming atmosphere.  Inlets Restaurant is the heart of West Coast Wilderness Lodge.

Set high up on a craggy granite bluff overlooking forests, inlets and islands, our elegant dining room has floor-to-ceiling windows that span the entire hall.

As you dine, you'll see Cormorants, Great Blue Herons and the occasional Sea Lion sporting in the waters far below.  Watch the currents switch direction as the tide changes with all the fury of the Skookumchuck Rapids, just a few miles away.

Wine in the Wilderness...

The staff here at the Lodge are looking forward to the spring of 2010.  For the past six years we have hosted a fun and unique weekend of excellent wine-tasting and fine dining.

Our host and sommelier is Doug Russell, a past president of the American Wine Society.  He is already tasting and selecting next year's wines, and executive chef Chris Donnahee is also working on some tasty ideas.

  • Friday night features international wines paired with gourmet cuisine to match
  • Saturday afternoon is our always-popular Champagne Boat Cruise through the Skookumchuck Rapids
  • Saturday night we offer a selection of award-winning B.C. wines paired with regional dishes chosen for their local ingredients
