

Based on our previous wedding experiences, here is a suggested schedule of events for your special day:
The ceremony begins between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and is approximately 30 minutes in duration
The ceremony normally takes place on the main sundeck, with the ocean as your backdrop.
Wedding Reception at 3:30 or 4:00 pm until dinner service
The reception should start almost immediately after the completion of the ceremony. It can take place outdoors on our covered atrium, or on the lower sundeck. Sparkling wine, bar service, and tray passed hors-d’oeuvres can also begin.
Photography
The couple will typically have their wedding photos taken on the property. If your photographer is new to the Lodge, please have them conduct a site visit of the property to identify the best spots for your pictures.
Wedding Dinner at 6:00 – 9:00 pm
We ask that guests arrive promptly for the meal service to ensure the freshness and quality of the meal.
Cake Cutting
Once you have determined the schedule for your dinner service (speeches, toasts, and presentations) we can establish the best time for the cake-cutting ceremony.
Dessert & Coffee Service begins around 8:00 pm
Wedding cake and dessert servings, as well as coffee & tea.
Post Dinner Reception & Dance between 8:00 pm and 9:00 pm
The dance takes place in the lower lounge and the adjoining outdoor deck (weather permitting).
Please note that the main dining room will close to guests shortly after dinner is finished. Bar service will be provided in the lower lounge during the dance. Bar service closes at 12:00 am and the lower lounge closes at 1:00 am.
Breakfast Service
Breakfast will be served from 7:00 am to 11:00 am in the dining room.
Check-out time is 11:00 am
